Dave and I first met at the AOLS courses in Toronto when we were under articles. In the evening, we would sometimes head up to the survey office where he worked to lay out our subdivision plans and work. Unfortunately one evening I left my white mitts behind and the next morning Dave came into the office with Harry Currie loudly asking "who had a woman in here last night".
